How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. Shipping is free across the US.

Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes. Add 2 or 3 of our heating belts to your cart and the discount applies automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for details.

How do I charge it?
It charges with a USB cable from a power bank, wall adapter or car charger.
What heat levels does it have?
Three heat settings: 113°F, 132°F and 150°F, plus three massage modes.
Does it turn off by itself?
Yes. It shuts off after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not recommend wearing it while you sleep.
What waist size does it fit?
The adjustable belt fits waists up to 57 inches.
