2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Lifestyle images are for illustration. All products are comfort and personal-care items and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Safe use of heated products

Read the instructions before using any heated product. Do not use a heated product while sleeping, on broken or sensitive skin, or on anyone unable to feel heat. Stop using the product if you feel discomfort or notice irritation. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use an implanted medical device, speak to a healthcare professional before use. Keep products away from water and children.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the velselle. name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or our liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where the consumer protection laws of your US state give you additional rights, which still apply.
