We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, here is how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email zunayed@zfuence.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping
If you change your mind, the cost of sending the item back is paid by you. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Items we cannot accept
- Items that have been used, misused or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without contacting us first
Cancellations
To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible with your order number.
